Oxenhope Rec III 2 AFC Colne 0
Oxenhope’s thirds made it a treble for the club with a Craven League Division Three Cup semi-final success.
The first and second teams are already through to their respective Keighley FA Cup finals and now the club can complete a memorable hat-trick.
Second half goals from Mark Labbett and Johnny Broadbent secured a place in the final against Oakworth Reserves, which is on Wednesday at Gargrave.
Oxenhope pulled off the shock of the competition in their defeat of  the title contenders with a superb all-round team performance.
The visitors had the better of the first half, putting the Oxenhope defence under pressure.
Colne’s much younger side passed the ball quickly but the home side’s experienced back four held firm and on the occasions they were breached keeper Grahame Ellis was in outstanding form.
As the second half progressed, the hosts slowly got on top as their midfield took control of the centre of the park.
On the hour-mark, defender Mark Labbett broke down the right and evaded two challenges before cutting in and curling a delightful shot over the advancing keeper.
Colne upped their efforts but Oxenhope challenged for every ball and every header.
The game was settled after 80 minutes when Johnny Broadbent won the ball in midfield, drove forward, passed the ball out to Sam Coates who nutmegged the covering defender and the ball ran through to Broadbent. He took it into the area before placing his shot into the far corner.
