He replaces John Hartson, who was double-booked for the October 20 date.
Molby, now 49, played 220-plus times for the Anfield club, as well as 33 times for his country.
The big midfielder also enjoyed spells in Denmark with Kolding, Holland with Ajax and then at Barnsley, Norwich and Swansea after leaving Liverpool.
He played almost 400 times in his professional carreer, scoring more than 60 goals before managing Swansea, Kidderminster (twice) and Hull City.
Molby, famous for his Scandinavian/Scouse accent will talk for 40 minutes before taking part in a question and answer session.
There will also be a comedian and a three-course meal, plus stand-up bingo, raffle and a top-quality auction with some outstanding pieces of memorabilia on offer.
