Keighley Shamrocks u11s were among the winners of the club’s own junior tournament at Marley Tip Top over the weekend.
Nine different clubs shared the nine age group honours with Keighley area glory for Bingley, Oakworth, Long Lee and Silsden, as well as the hosts.
A huge turnout of teams and supporters brought reward for the small band of organisers who were able to reflect on another job well done.
Co-organiser Andy Gaughan said: “A massive thank you to all the teams who entered our tournament.
“It was a huge success and provided much needed funds to help us continue for another season.

“I am so grateful to the very few parents and coaches who help run such a massive tournament year in, year out.
“I would also like to thank all the referees, some of who refereed up to 16 match without a break.
“Congratulations to all the winners and runners-up but taking part was the main thing and a lot of people met a lot of new friends over the weekend.”

    Beating thackley thunder 2 nil in final
