Lewis Gartland scored a hat-trick as Silsden continued to fly high but a solid defensive display was also needed to bring more points to the Dragons’ den.
On home turf and quick off the mark,  Silsden came out all guns blazing and were quick to score with Lewis Gartland playing a long ball for Jaylan Camsey to calmly finish.
The next 15 minutes were exciting end to end football and then man of the match Joe Armitage whipped in a corner for Gartland to volley home.
Dudley Hill turned on the pressure and pulled a goal back after a crunching tackle left goalie Sam Brockbank injured.
An onslaught of attacks for the next five minutes from Hill where thwarted with great defensive play from Lola Cunningham and Harry Whitaker who, after a high-speed dash back, pulled off a spectacular goal line clearance.
An amazing save from the injured Brockbank saw him tip over a shot that was heading for the top right hand corner
Seven minutes into the second half Daniel Barnes swung in a great corner for Gartland to volley home again.
Soon after Gartland completed his hat-trick of volleys from a lovely cross from Sam Ayik.
The closing minutes where just as exciting with Ayik stealing a ball and making a run through on goal and very calmly slotting it in to the bottom corner.
Then Dudley Hill caught the Dragons off guard and claimed a late goal from a rebound in the box.
