Seventeen-year-old Sam Murphy starred for Oxenhope’s third string as they demolished Settle in the Craven League Division Two Cup.
Liam Dyson 2 and Paul Quinlan completed the rout.
Oxenhope won the battle of in-form sides in stunning style.
The hosts were unbeaten in their last four games but were no match for a rampant Oxenhope side.
Oxenhope manager Lee Collins changed the team around, adding youngsters Sam Murphy, Matty Klava and Paul Quinlan to his starting line-up.
Both teams began the tie positively but it was the visitors who had the better chances in a goalless first period.
The goals flowed in the second half. Tom Brown threaded a pass through to the pacy Murphy who, left one-on-one with the keeper, his strike was parried by the custodian but Liam Dyson was on hand to put the ball away.
Soon after Brown won a header, collected by Nivard Trowers who dinked the ball into Murphy to smash the ball into the top corner.
The third quickly followed with an astute pass from defender Chris Fazackerley finding young Murphy who lobbed the keeper.
Veteran defender Chris Galdes then switched the ball from deep out to Dyson who cut in and swept his second under the advancing keeper.
The fifth came as Klava got to the bye line and crossed for Quinlan to finish neatly.
Man of the match Murphy completed his hat-trick when Klava skipped round the full-back to find his colleague in space and the striker smashed the ball home.
